Founded in 2025 by the Fabio family, Limonetto is a celebration of our Sicilian roots and deep passion for authentic Italian cuisine. Located in the heart of San José del Cabo, our restaurant brings a little piece of southern Italy to Baja California.

We are more than just a restaurant — Limonetto is a vibrant Italian restaurant and bar, complete with a charming deli area offering fresh paninis, pastries, coffee, and more. We serve breakfast from Thursday to Sunday, and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday, inviting you to enjoy Italian flavors from morning to night.

Our kitchen is led by the napoletan Chef Giorgio Sarracino, who began his culinary journey at just 14 years old. After earning his degree in Gastronomy and Hospitality, he gained international experience in France, Belgium, the U.S., and the U.K., working in prestigious kitchens and alongside renowned chefs such as two-Michelin-starred Nino Di Costanzo. His career also took him aboard luxury cruise ships, where he explored global cuisines and deepened his culinary perspective.

Today, Giorgio brings the spirit of Naples and the heart of Sicilian tradition to every dish, blending it with fresh local ingredients to create a truly authentic and elevated Italian dining experience, his expertise and creativity bring depth and soul to every dish, blending traditional techniques with a contemporary touch.

At Limonetto, we honor the rich culinary traditions of Italy—especially Sicily—through artisanal, homemade cuisine crafted with the freshest, highest quality ingredients. From our pastas and rustic breads to our wood-fired pizzas, everything is made from scratch with care and passion.
